Have a spare 038 series CPR Louie can *BORROW* Sunday to test. Lower overall counter pressures, but "de-enrichment" curve about identical -- just lean CO2 screw if necessary. Will tap 038 style vacuum chamber into his cold start tube. Perhaps this is a sign that Louie is THE CHOSEN ONE (to properly de-Lamda a stock DeLo and prove once and for all to rest of you that car BENEFITS from experience). Am totally perplexed why people fear engine will spontaneously combust. Not only are Martin and I running single chamber fuel distributors no sweat (same as Lambda distributors with lower chambers empty) but just imagine how many Lamda systems out there have failed safe in constant enrichment mode without owner ever realizing it! (Constant enrichment is same effect as empty lower chambers, CO2 screw adjusted accordingly). Will discuss w/ Louie Sunday.
