Louie Someone just tried to sell me a 1985 928. The car are looked like it was in great shape and seemed to run fine. Only problem was the automatic instead of 5-speed. He was only asking $4500. If you are interested I can find him. Being a Pontiac, trim pieces are falling off everywhere, it's chewing through alternators, and paint just won't stay on the bumper covers. I love my Grand Prix's (I've had 2 now), but their fit and finish is deplorable. I've been trying to convince the parents that my DeLo would make a good daily driver, but they want to keep it preserved. That's fine by me I guess, I'll just have to get one of my other "dream cars"... a yellow '85 IROC-Z Camaro. I've got a serious thing for '80s cars... I'd love to have a Porsche 928, and a Fiero eventually too. You guys only think Bill has an excessive collection... just wait until I have the money to start stockpiling lol. -Louie --- "content22207" <brobertson@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: Perfect example of why no one in right mind should spend hard earned money on anything produced after early 80's: How old is Pontiac?
