I also never told him I couldn't buy it, but rather he never let me have the first refusal rights he promised me, and others, which only adds to this. He did send me an email asking for my mailing address so he could send me 'something'. Yea, I wonder how fast I will give that out. "No wrong doing on my part"... oh stop, please... This is also my point. We all benefit if we point out stuff like this. I spent a countless amount of time on the phone and in email helping him, as did others. He made the promise up front but didn't stick by it. He keeps saying I couldn't afford the price, but yet he never allowed me the opportunity.
