Ever seen Renault's carbureted PRV? *TWO* carburetors. Two *FRENCH* carburetors. Tell me that isn't trouble waiting to happen... Why in the world would you leave functionless O2 sensor protruding into exhaust stream? Simply capping the bung with a bolt isn't permanent modification. I used metric oil pan bolt (big flange) and copper washer to ensure tight seal. Cut length down to 1/4" or so to keep it flush with interior wall of Y pipe.
