Jim: Oops. I should have said "closer to the air we breathe, except that ours would be oxygen not carbon dioxide". :P Although I find through a little research that nitrogen is 78% of air, while oxygen is 21%. And the rest are taken up with other stuff. So. Don't believe a trumpet player when it comes to science (except for David Monette when it comes to fluid dynamics). However, I still think that beer tastes better when it's infused with nitrogen instead of carbon dioxide. I've had a few already, so I consider myself a fair judge. *;P- Farrar "No driving until tomorrow morning" Hudkins > I was feeling a little groggy last time I visited New Orleans.
