Problem is probably the messenger, not the message ("Cain't you understand my acc'int?") Don't make it sound like my block's from Mars. Is instantly recognizable as PRV. Looks just like a B27 (according to my new Volvo literature, two piece upper air assembly was introduced with B28 to reduce engine vibration). PCV through U pipes matches B27 too. Heads very different, but can't see that from outside. After flurry of messages last week I think *EVERYONE* knows my compression higher (sorry Martin). That's why I burn 93 octane ("4 star"?) BTW: PRV has long racing history. Apparently people are hopping these things up all over Europe. Have seen HP numbers as high as 600. DeLorean UK might be able to do a tidy business shipping performance heads, pistons, manifolds, etc to this side of pond. If you search internet, Europeans call high performance "tuning" an engine. Oh, 90% of your hits will be sites other than English. Bill Robertson #5939 >--- In DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "Walter Coe" <Whalt@xxxx> wrote: > > I can not run reliably on less than 93. > > Bill!
