RHD/LHD isn't the issue. Its the same reason we dont have the skyline, elise or any vauxhall. Never imported. speaking of rhd/lhd, I saw the craziest thing in the bahamas; they drive on the wrong (ie, left) side of the road, but they have mostly american cars.
