titanium bits, imo, suck. "high speed" bits suck. Black 'hardened' bits suck. They may be good for wood, but I have rounded off too many bits in hard metal applications. You need COBALT bits. I haven't managed to destroy one yet, even drilling though various types of stainless. The ones I have have a 4-point edge, so they look a little different from the top. Though, I haven't seen any cobalt bits without a 4-point edge. I've found that the cobalt bits work best with high pressure/low RPMs. You can most likely pick some up at your local true value/ace hardware store.
