Hey Martin, What parts do you get for £400? I'm interested. THe exhaust gasteks are shot in a bad way on my car at the moment, but I am still between 2 minds on what to do.. 1. I'm not going to be really driving the car until I bring it back to the USA with me next year. I'm thinking of not bothering to fix the exhaust until the car is back there, then doing an engine and transmission conversion with SS chassis. This might be a bad idea as it means its going to be a long time until I'm actually a driving DMC owner again. 2. Or, I can buy the SS exhaust and get some more more hp out of the engine now while the car is in Ireland. Then bring it back to the USA, and drive it like that for a while, while I build up the SS chassis with new engine and trans. THis means I can get back on the road with the car much sooner, plus I could probably sell the engine in the USA easily enough. Any suggestions?! What does 170hp do for a DeLorean? I mean, pick a sportscar that its performance would be comparabe to, i.e. mid 80's Porsche 911?
