Houston is having fun with the engine. This comes from Steven while at 
SEDOC, although their website doesnt show it.

I may have some details wrong but it shouldnt be too far off

The 197hp engine is now Stage 3
Stage 2 is the exhaust upgrade + Stage 1
Stage 1 is a minor upgrade (Dont recall what, I dont believe it was the 
exhaust only here and something else as stage 2)
Stage 4 is suppose to be developed as a 230+hp prv-6 engine (with 
certification for street legal) but with the current fuel injection 
system replaced

Steven said they also have an outside company that does nitro and turbo 
boosts working on a nitro for the delorean to give an extra 50hp on
demand.

As for other things, I do not know as I am unsure how long you have not 
been around.
