Ok so tomorrow I start my next job on the D, replacing the Evaporator core in the heater/AC box, has anyone been in there before and done this? I would like some hints and tips, The workshop manual makes it sound like a right ferret of a job. Is it one of those you just have to take by the horns and get stuck in??
