(cough) um...all this time I've been driving around on one engine cooling fan. I thought the other one was toast. Amazing that I kept cool enough driving in the summer time. At any rate, it turned out to be another p.o. hack job that the Navy ET had to put straight. I also repaired the driver's side courtesy lights. There are a few places where the p.o. had simply hacked off the ends of portions of the wiring harness at switches, at the stereo and such. I can't fathom why. The courtesy switches aren't broken. Neither was any of the other stuff. My poor car. As long as it keeps treating me as good as it has this past week, recovery will be very rapid. Yahoo!
