Re: [DMCForum]ass hat alert...

I just looked at the car pictures in the archives.

It is indeed the auction I'm thinking of, it's just the seller is the
person in question not that prospective buyer.

Those two deserved each other in my opinion. The buyer was a whiney
little shit who asked for recommendations from the DML regarding the
car's condition and when given honest answers got really crabby about
it, saying we were all trying to discourage a teenage from buying the
car. Then he wasted space on the DML by posting a rant about how his
daddy wouldn't give him the money anymore. WTF were the moderators
for THAT posting anyway? Sometimes those guys are so quick to squash
a thread but they let a 15 year old go on a crying jag about his mean
ol' daddy and how deprived he is because he can't own a DeLorean. Go
figure.

The seller claimed to be an honest joe, and some folks disavowed
this, but if I remember, a couple of people spoke up for him.

So now you're saying he was a scammer and went to jail, now he's out
and he's "got religion", and he's trying to "save" other would-be
Ebay'ers or something?

I'm trying to make sure I understand this right.
