Just for interest's sake, the highest power/displacement ratio of any 
production engine was that used in the Lotus Esprit S4s with a 2.2 litre 
single turbo producing 307bhp (that's from memory).

The Nissan Skyline RB26DETT 2.6 litre twin turbo inline-6 can be tuned 
to well over 600hp, and with enough money, over 1000hp. Thanks to 
Japanese laws regarding engine ouput power, they're only allowed to 
leave the factory with 240hp
