Due to the shape of the Timesert, it wouldn't work well for the intake
manifold bolts.  Timeserts have to be perpendicular to the surface, and
the
intake manifold bolts are at an angle.  But these would probably work
great
for exhaust manifold studs.  I would thread a plug into the bottom of the
hole and then use a Timesert to restore the threads.  I didn't read enough
of their web site, though.  Do they provide a way to countersink the
flange?
Otherwise it would be in the way.
