Nope.. Just crawl under the dash, and take em out!  No
need to remove the dash, or any other part of the car.

When buying a new one, make sure you dont get the kind
there the tweeter protrudes beyond the basket.  The
speaker needs to be able to lay flush on the back of
the dash.  If not, you will distort the dash, and
probably bend the speaker basket..
