Well if you already have a new higher output alternator adding second batter
on an insulator really wont make much difference at all. Cause as far as
the rest of the system knows it would just have a little more battery to
charge.
Go get the biggest deepcycle you can find, I think 1500 is about the max for
standard sizes, and see how long it will run.
