He tried to find a loophole in the warranty... but in the end all I ended up doing was paid shipping for the alternator. He repaired it, and sent it back to me in an extremely timely manner. I never bothered with the fan fix though. I just ripped it out, and jumpered my otterstat and fan fail relay. Yeah... not the PC way to do it... but it's worked more reliably than the fan "fix"... haha! Again... I like John Hervey, and his more affordable counterparts to some other peoples electrical upgrades are welcome.
