I think spacing out one side of the mirror with a rubber pad will stop the adjustment from bottoming out. I'm still working on ways to make these mirrors. I had Kayo Ong working on it, and he couldn't find a way either except standing at a grinder for a few hours. He broke 5 mirrors at around $13 a shot before he successfully made a pair. When I get the patterns back from him I'm going to try some more ideas. Walt Yahoo!
