I sent the windowregulator on, asking the recipient (Nick something, have to look that up) to confirm to both me and DMC Joe that he had recieved it. I let DMCJoe know that I had sent it, including the Track&Trace number, but never heard from either ever again... I've since then never ordered from them again and have taken my loss (about £10,-) granted.
