That's not the one I have. Mine is a pinkish color. I can't remember if I got it at PJ Grady or not but it sounds like I got it from DMCH. It's a hard rubber but pliable enough to work. I cut a slit on one side and pushed it over the steering column. I had to twist it a little to get it into place but it finally snapped on. Once it was in I pushed it down into the firewall.
