That looks suspiciously like the one fabricated by Code One Auto (www.codeoneauto.com), but theirs didn't look as realistic. I would suspect it's a prop. It could be a car modified to look like that (even in the movie during some of the "hover" sequences you can see the thing rolling along the road) or it could be a mock-up. At that price I suspect it could be either. BTW, the company auctioning the item, Kruse International, has a *real* DeLorean for sale, scheduled for auction in Daytona Beach on 26Apr. I'm sending the ebay link to a friend of mine at Universal Studios in Los Angeles. She may know someone who can determine its authenticity, if any.
