When I develop the film, I cut the negatives into "convenient" 4 to 5 exposure strips. Since I'm into darkroom work, for me half the "artistic process" of making a picture is in tweaking the print (or scanning the negative). One of Murphy's Laws: Don't argue with an artist. ;-) > Have you tried a digital camera yet? That could make things easier and much > less time consuming. Just a suggestion. Yeah, I had a Sony Mavica and loaned it to someone who kept it. I'm too pissed to buy another. My main gripe is that the built-in lenses you get with digital cameras are junk. A digital camera that could take my Nikon lenses would cost too much. I have more flexibility and less cost with old-fashioned film (for now). I'm looking into buying a medical Nikor lens, and those go for over a grand last I checked. It's the kind where the flash is a ring around the parameter so you don't get shadows.
