Can any of these noise reduction products be bought from stores or are they all mail order? mike -----Original Message----- From: Walter Coe [mailto:Whalt@xxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, April 15, 2003 1:35 AM To: DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [DMCForum] Re: noise was: "Ricers" (was) Vertical Door Conversion Kit > I imagine the DeLorean > is better on both road and engine noise. Any comments there? After installing a new fuel pump in Jim Sleeth's DeLorean and listening to how much quieter it was than the old pump, I stuck a layer of B-Quiet Brown Bread over the fuel pump boot. It made a worthwhile difference in noise reduction. So far on my daily driver I've added a layer of B-Quiet to the front wall on the passenger side behind the a/c and on top of the hump under the dash. It's a bit subjective to say, but the car runs quieter than Jim's car. I have yet to sound-proof the rest of the interior. I made it a priority to do what I could reach while I had the a/c out of the dash. Walt To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: DMCForum-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Your use of Yahoo!
