I have seen the thin vinyl with no backing that you are referring to and it was very easy to work with. Too much heat and you have to start over. Unfortunately that was so long ago I do not remember what it is called. Last weekend on Horse Power TV, on TNN, they showed how to make custom door panels with flame licks. They used leather to cover the panel and it was very thin and workable as well. Just another thought. If I find the name of the thin stuff I will pass it along. The closest thing to it that I know of is cloth-reinforced >upholstery vinyl, but that won't stretch enough. > >Walt ------------------------ Yahoo!
