I took mine to a Firestone franchize. They used a hydrolyc thing to "break the bead" and then used battery terminal antioxidant spray to reseal it. I thought this was kind of weird, but the spare holds air well now. If you are a home mechanic kind of guy, I suggest first trying to break the bead yourself and cleaning the rim up for a good seal. You don't have to take the tire completely off the rim to do it. BTW, these tires are getting kind of old now. Are replacement tires available in this size? Walt ------------------------ Yahoo!
