I read several posts to the DML about people not being able to locate information in the archives and how unorganized these were. Also, I am not that familiar with using Yahoo groups or where these archives would be stored, but was I thinking it should be possible to set up a file list in the DMCForum archives to keep everything sorted out from the beginning and mirrored somewhere if possible. For example, creating directories for electrical, interior, body, engine, transmission, etc, and each directory could then have sub-directories such as transmission: auto or manual. When people post information to these archives they would need to strip off all extraneous wording such as Yahoo advertisements. Again, I do not know how the Yahoo groups works or if this is even doable, just an idea. Then the main page linking to that would mention the next scheduled shows, etc. That pretty much duplicates DMCNews.com's efforts, but those guys are real dicks about it. Check out my efforts and read the archives (there aren't many yet). I am open to suggestions on combining our efforts. Let me know what you think. Walt ------------------------ Yahoo!
