Tavis, While working on a friend's D, he noticed that the bottom side of the plastic ramps that we were using looked like the box-jets on the back of the BTTF car. These are light gray weather-resistant plastic that could be spray painted silver & temporarily mounted to the back of the car via the luggage rack. Check them out at your local auto parts store. I'm going to e-mail a few photos directly to you.
