[DMCForum] FFT 07...

Now that I've caught up on some sleep and filtered through my e-mails, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended FFT 07. The support from this group never ceases to amaze me. You all definitely amazed me with the amount of plane rides that were wanted! I honestly didn't expect anyone other than myself to want a plane ride! I was so excited to see so many members wanting to jump in that plane and go for a flight. I thought for sure that a 450HP 1940's bi-plane would scare everyone off! LOL! It's a shame we missed the wildlife center, but it was clear that everyone wanted to hang at the air museum so that's exactly what we did. :)
 
I'd like to thank the officers (Kevin, Steven, Marc and Tiff), as well as all of the members that attended, for all of the help this past weekend. I couldn't have done all of this myself! Everyone was aware of where they had to be and was very good about being on time. That really helps make an event run smoothly. I'd also like to thank Cheryl, Shari, Ruth, and anyone else that helped behind the scenes to make this event successful. A special thanks goes to Karen who not only put up with me and my stresses while planning this event, but also helped me find the attractions in DE and MD, as well as helped me finalize the route and itinerary. :)
 
Kudos go to Steve and Heather for helping fellow DMA members in need. It was their offer to drive them back to Elkton that allowed the "Lou's" to enjoy the tour; even without their D.
 
Congratulations go to Wyatt and Robert! They each won 2.5 hours of free labor for their DMC at P.J. Grady's! Congrats to all of the other raffle winners also... items were donated by P.J. Grady, Ken Koncelik of DeLorean Car show, and the DMA club. Thank you to all for your generous donations. 
 
I had a great time. Thanks to all for making it such a success.
