Wow. proof! Who would'a thunk it? Pay attention, Bob. :-) This is interesting because most of the reports I had read stated it took more to produce than the energy yielded. I have also read that the amount of land required to grow the crops was not sustainable in the US, so we would be forced to import. Is this refuted as well? Here are two stories I just found. http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/rbs/pub/sep05/running.htm http://www.ncga.com/ethanol/main/energy.htm Greg _____ From: DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ryan Wright Sent: Wednesday, September 12, 2007 12:50 PM To: DMCForum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [DMCForum] Re: the EV1... vs Diesel On 9/11/07, timnagin <timnagin@mindspring <mailto:timnagin%40mindspring.com> .com> wrote: > > it takes more energy to make corn gas than you get, This isn't true.
