[DMCForum] Mydelorean.net French translations have begun

I am happy to announce that Frech translations of
mydelorean.net are now underway.  Thanks to Christophe
Vieira who is providing the translations to do so.

This will be the forth language supported. English,
German and Italian are now complete.
