It'd take a lot of work to move an original motor back and I still 
wouldn't trust it. Get upraded replacements. And no, it's not obvious 
how they fit :-(

My advice- remove everything including the grab handle bracket. You ahve 
to split the new assembly to motor and regulator and reassemble it 
inside the door. Replace grab handle bracket and bolt to regulator using 
the OTHER hole. DO NOT TIGHTEN ANY BOLTS FULLY. Then you have to use the 
two "legs" that come with the new regulator and work out how to fit them 
into the existing holes. It's really tough to explain......... but get 
every last bolt threaded before doing any up
