I like the current body style much more than previous years, except for
those in the 60's.

I rented a convertible Mustang V6 when I went to DCS 06.  The door panels
were plastic and looked cheap.  Driving down the road it sounded like they
forgot all of the sound insulation.  It was very noisy.  I loved the dash
though.  It definitely could not have been a daily driver for me.

With the new Shelby being around $45-$48K I just don't see it.  If I was
going to spend that amount on a car I would get the Corvette.

I think I am the only person on this board who loves Mustangs.  I 
think they look cute, have history, are "classic", drive really well, 
and are affordable for most people.  Win-win as far as I'm concerned.  

I rent one every chance I can get.  And, I don't know about you 
people, but driving around LA with a red convertible Mustang was one 
of the highlights of my time behind the wheel.  I got more looks than 
in my Delorean.  Then again, it might have been because we shoved 6 
girls into the car and were singing along to the radio :)
