Not completely true....
 
Marc apparently was banned for questioning rules of moderation on a forum
original created for people who didn't want moderation (DMCnews) and freedom
to discuss all topics.   Hence, Mark being banned and not being allowed to
discuss his view on the rules (or other topics) leads right back to the same
issue:  Is Moderation required - yes or no?
 
If the members of the forum are allowed to vote, and the poll is in favor of
no moderation on messages...why not let it through, and only moderate
memberships to prevent spamming bots?

I closed this poll, as it clouds the issue.

The issue here was not "moderation" - it was Marc Levy's continued
violation of the very few rules we have in this forum. 

The events and rationales leading up to this decision have already been
posted previously.
