You can do the same with web based forums, just use the same password, silly. ;-) I know, it's insecure. But you can still do it. You know, all of these various DeLorean forums are ridiculous. Could you imagine if we consolidated them all into a single, high quality, web based forum with email capabilities? Problem is, everyone is just too wrapped up in their quest for power. People want a forum to be run a very specific way and there are too many varying opinions on what should and shouldn't be allowed on a list - The DML is strict, we're free, and the others are everywhere in between. I don't think anyone would actually consider closing their forum and letting everyone join another.
