[DMCForum] Radio Basics?

Well, I'm slowly progressing along on my Delorean and I'm starting 
to look into getting my new stereo installed. Before I do that 
though I had some quick questions for all who have come ahead of 
me :)

I'm wanting to put in a Kenwood 715 or 815 DVD with the pop up 
screen. My car as arrived had the radio removed and the speakers 
were shot (also the antenna is destroyed). Essentially, I'm starting 
from scratch.

First off, are there any power compatibility issues to worry about 
since the car is this old?

Also, can I just use kickers (ala DMC Garden Grove) in place of the 
dash speakers?

Has anyone completely rewired the Motor Antenna so it can be 
activated by a seperate switch? I doubt I'll be using the radio 
feature of the car that much and would like the ability to just 
lower the antenna when I don't need it.

I'm not sure where else I could have issues, so if you know of any 
please let me know...
