California seems to be a great place to find cars.

My DeLorean spent it's entire life in Sacramento. It was simply
beautiful when I picked it up. No rust anywhere. No frame issues. Just
a clean, one owner car.

I've had to replace or upgrade a lot of original parts - that's what
happens when you take a once-a-month Sunday driver and turn it into a
daily - but I completely avoided the major problems people have with
hidden rust, etc, underneath their cars. I haven't come across a
single seized bolt and I've removed/replaced/upgraded an awful lot.
