With all due respect, sir, you are the one making outrageous claims.
It is not my job to prove your claims for you, and I can't prove a
negative ("Prove that a private entity has never confiscated a car
from it's legal owner"). Therefore, the burden of proof in this
conversation lies squarely on your shoulders.

If you don't want to back your statements up, that's fine. I, and
perhaps the others who are viewing this conversation, will take you
every bit as seriously as the proof you provide.
