Actually, I'm pretty sure that's Dave's other site, forwardlook.net. I'd be willing to bet that something's gone awry with his webserver and it's pointing visitors to projectvixen.com to the wrong webroot... Dave, maybe check in IIS Manager, properties of the projectvixen website, Web Site Identification, Advanced button, make sure there is a header check for "projectvixen.com"... but that's just a guess.
