You need to look at the screw on cap.  They change the
color for the "Kosher for Passover" bottles.  The cap
itself should also be marked as such.

Passover is mid April this year, so a few weeks before
you will see the Kosher for Passover packages if you
shop in a neighborhood with some Jewish population.

Kosher for Passover Ketchup is better too..  Again,
they use real sugar.
