oops forgot.  To me a rebadging is like the Mercury Sable and Ford Taurus, of the Cadillac Cimmaron and Chevy Cavalier, or the minivans of Dodge, and Plymouth.

Do you have a list of those differences?  I'm
interested, because I am one of those who claims the
H2 is just a fancy Yukon.

The factory it is built in has little to do with the
design of the vehicle.
