Oh, sure. I bet there are several out there already going after them.  All
you need, besides the budget, is brand recognition.  It will happen; it's
only a matter of time.

I have just recently started selling a few things on eBay and have already
found several flaws.  I recently lost something in the last few minutes of
the auction only to have the seller come back and offer it to me at my bid
price.  They stated the winner didn't go through with the payment.  I bought
the item, and it was as represented, and watched to see if the other winner
had anything negative said about them.  Nope.
