There is at least one massive hinge to the left of her head.  Looks like the
car has four-wheel steering, too.

Here's Toyota's concept of a hydrogen hybrid car with gullwing doors. 
Neat looking, but I don't see any lift pistons or any visible lifting 
device.

Wonder what they are using to support that massive door?
