I don't think anyone can argue that the Forum has in anyway been restrictive
about topics.  The very fact that the GROUP is deciding what to do, as
opposed to a select few, should make that obvious.  There is no moderation,
as people should moderate themselves.

Personally I think it should be obvious when the rules are broken, that is,
after those rules have been voted on.  If there are any problems beyond that
then we, as a group, can vote on it if necessary.
