[DMCForum] Citroen Engine in prototype

I have a couple of theories as to thie Citroen engine in the prototype

1) Citroen were, at the time, experimenting with rotary engines, and we 
all know this was JZD's original plan. It's a no-brainer to fit a 
gearbox from a citroen that's likely to mate it to a production rotary 
engine at some point down the line.

2) Lotus used a Citroen box in the early Esprits, but it wasn't transverse.
