[DMCForum] Re: Sanden 508 or 510, what should I use? Vin 3323 Update

So do you think the 86 Corvette dryer will work?  55 bucks is way
better than 150 bucks for the earlier version dryer!

Is it possible to use the later model dryer with the earlier style
hose????  Anyone have any information to help me out with?

As for the ECU, I was going to try and use the stock ECU as I'm
using an automatic transmission and didn't have to make any
modifications to the bellhousing, so that the starter lines up
correctly etc.  Matt is doing the same like I am but he has a manual
transmission and has had to do a bit of fabrication as where luckily
the automatic seems to have plenty of clearance.  I guess we shall
see, but if anything, he said using the MegaSquirt works great and
if I have to go that direction, it's only a couple hundred bucks.

Thanks,

Brandon
