"Clear" title means it has no liens and it is in the seller's name (or
legal representative thereof).  A salvage title can meet those
definitions.

There is a Delorean on ebay right now that is located 20min south of 
me.  Says its a turbo Delorean.  I saw this car a few years back.  i'm 
pretty sure its being sold by the same guy I met.  I did a car fax on 
it (i'll be doing this to ALL delorean that come across ebay now until 
my account expires) and it had a SALVAGE title.  The auction states it 
has a clear title though.
