[DMCForum] Registry and HOWTO server back up

Hello all,


The website is being redone, Ive already recieved a
few HOWTo's from other people in the forum.  The
delorean stuff is the furthest along, about half way
done.

The registry is now on the SQL server.  If you havent
done so already, when you visit, add your information
to the list.
