Are you saying that Energy is purely capitalistic?  

The government has always passed laws that
interfere/control the energy business..

There are also a limited number of players.  The
Government is supposed to encourage competition, and
not allow any monopoly or cartel..  Why did Exxon and
Mobil merge?
