[DMCForum] I'm shorting

I did some problem solving on why my car wouldn't start when I put gas 
in it, I have a short. What is the engine control fuse for? I think it 
is number three fuse, mines is melted. I'm hopeing that is all it is 
other than a bad fuel pump relay.
